This change can be both good and bad but I see mostly negative effects from it for hunters this will cause more kills from hole rollers (who doesn't enjoy orca kills) this will also cause massive chains to be scouted out because of the higher dif...

Proteus + PVE = waste of isk and loss of ship I have done it and it just doesn't work if you're looking for a PVE T3 then use a Loki or a tengu A proteus is a PVP boat only trust me I lost close to 2 bill trying it
